We are a local landscaping company in Clovis, California. We do not sell personal information and we do not “share”personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1) What we collect
Contact details — Name, phone/SMS, email (if provided), city/ZIP, and—if you request a visit—service address.
Project & billing info — Services requested, site-visit notes, proposals/estimates, invoices, payment status.
Payment information — Cardholder name, billing address/ZIP, card brand/type, expiration month/year, and payment card number if you provide it for processing or card-on-file billing.
Communications — Messages/calls and any emails you send us.
Photos/video — Before/after project images (any marketing use only with your consent).
Website/device data — IP address, pages viewed, browser/device details, and basic analytics/cookies used to operate and secure the site.
2) How we use information
Respond to inquiries; schedule on-site consultations; prepare estimates; perform and bill for services; customer support.
Accept and process payments, refunds, chargebacks, and authorized future charges related to your project or maintenance plan.
Operate, secure, and improve our website (troubleshooting, basic analytics).
Keep business records; comply with legal/tax requirements; protect rights and safety.
With your consent, display project photos/testimonials on our site or social channels.
3) Disclosures to others
We may disclose information to service providers who help us run the business (hosting/website/forms, payments/merchant services, analytics, SMS/email tools, insurers, professional advisors, subcontractors). They may use information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to manage fraud/chargebacks, or to protect rights/safety.

You may pay by card or other methods we offer. If you choose card payment and provide details directly to us, we store them securely with restricted access and use them only for business purposes—processing transactions, refunds, and authorized future charges tied to your project or plan.

We don’t offer user accounts on the site. To ask about, update, or request deletion of information you’ve provided, call 559-297-8773. We’ll do our best to help, but we may keep certain records where necessary for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention/chargeback, or business-record reasons.
California notice: We are a small business not currently subject to CCPA/CPRA thresholds. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any required rights and processes.
7) Retention
We do not follow a fixed deletion schedule. We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy and for related legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention/chargeback, dispute-resolution, and backup/archival needs. Payment and transaction records may be retained long-term as part of our accounting and fraud-prevention files. Some records may remain in system backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course of business.

By providing your mobile number, you agree we may send service-related texts (scheduling, updates, support). Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages. We send promotional texts only with prior express written consent; consent is not a condition of purchase.
9) Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Where appropriate, we use encryption in transit and at rest and restrict access to payment information to trained personnel with a need to know. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Browser signals (Do Not Track)

We rely on our website platform and service providers, and we do not specifically configure the site to respond to DNT signals.
